Introduction of Plastic Granulator Machine Die Mould
The plastic granulator die head mainly has the function of extrusion, filtration, and molding. A plastic pellet machine with an output of less than 200kg/h can not use a die head if the raw material is cleaner, but the plastic pellet production line with more than 200kg/h per hour must use a die head, otherwise, the output of plastic pellets is low quality and not up to standard.

Different Kinds of Die Head For Pelletize
Hydraulic Die Head
Hydraulic die heads are suitable for large-capacity plastic recycling lines usually above 500kg/h. As the plastic is extruded, the screen inside the die head will keep filtering out the impurities and unevenly melted plastic. Due to the two channels, when the screen needs to be replaced, this die head can realize the screen change without stopping and improve the working efficiency.
Electric Gear Die Heads
The electric gear die head is suitable for small output plastic recycling lines usually below 500kg/h. The mesh size of the screen used internally is smaller and the output plastic granules are finer and more uniform.
