Cada um deles possui caracter\u00edsticas e apar\u00eancias diferentes. <\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de molde para m\u00e1quina granuladora de pl\u00e1stico<\/h2>    <p>A cabe\u00e7a de molde do granulador de pl\u00e1stico tem principalmente a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de extrus\u00e3o, filtra\u00e7\u00e3o e moldagem. Uma m\u00e1quina de pelotiza\u00e7\u00e3o de pl\u00e1stico com uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o inferior a 200kg\/h n\u00e3o pode usar uma cabe\u00e7a de roscar se a mat\u00e9ria-prima for mais limpa, mas a linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de pelotas de pl\u00e1stico com mais de 200kg\/h por hora deve usar uma cabe\u00e7a de roscar, caso contr\u00e1rio, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de pellets de pl\u00e1stico \u00e9 de baixa qualidade e n\u00e3o est\u00e1 de acordo com o padr\u00e3o.<\/p>    <p>A escolha espec\u00edfica de cabe\u00e7ote duplo ou cabe\u00e7ote \u00fanico, cabe\u00e7ote hidr\u00e1ulico ou cabe\u00e7ote de engrenagem el\u00e9trica ainda depende do seu material de reciclagem. N\u00e3o hesite em contactar-nos e recomendaremos a combina\u00e7\u00e3o mais adequada de acordo com a sua mat\u00e9ria-prima e capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>    <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diferentes tipos de cabe\u00e7otes para peletiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>    <p class=\"translation-block\"><strong>Cabe\u00e7a de Matriz Hidr\u00e1ulica<\/strong><\/p>    <p class=\"translation-block\">As cabe\u00e7as de matriz hidr\u00e1ulicas s\u00e3o adequadas para linhas de reciclagem de pl\u00e1stico de grande capacidade, geralmente acima de 500kg\/h. \u00c0 medida que o pl\u00e1stico \u00e9 extrudado, o filtro dentro da cabe\u00e7a da matriz continua a filtrar as impurezas e o pl\u00e1stico fundido de forma irregular.
