Debaler machine is an equipment applied in a PET bottle washing line. Generally, PET plastic bottles or will be transported to a plastic recycling plant in the form of bales, compressed bundles of plastic bottles tied together with metal wire. To crush and clean these plastic bottles, they must first be “unpacked” to flow freely to the belt conveyor, which then transfers them to the next recycling machine.
Why do you need a plastic debaler machine?
Increase productivity: When you have a large number of plastic bottles, for example, a production capacity of more than 500 kg/h, then you need a plastic debaler machine. A bale opener can quickly and automatically unpack the compressed and packed PET bottles, which is 10 times more efficient than manual unpacking. A plastic bale opener can improve the productivity of the whole PET bottle recycling process.
