Working Principle of Industrial Trommel
The Tumbler Screen is a large cylindrical mesh tunnel that rotates slowly during operation. The Tumbler Screen is set at an incline and flaps are added internally to continuously turn PET bottles over and push them forward. As the PET bottles move slowly through this large separator, small pieces of unwanted contaminants such as broken glass, stones, paper shavings, sand, etc. are separated out by the mesh screen, ensuring the purity of the PET bottles.
